The extra virgin olive oil with a cold extraction, is produced in October and November. Olivarum only uses fresh olives that will be processed within 24 hours. The entire food chain follows the standards of hygiene and food safety.
Through the deeply respect for our nature and our work we get a high quality oilve oil with: fruity, bitter and spicy flavor, that are a typical characteristic of extra virgin olive oil.
Olivarum has 4 different products: classic, organic, lemon and chili pepper, avaible until stocks are exhausted.
