The Oil Mill - Production process
Step 1: Defoliating
Once the olives get to the mill, they are transfered to a defoliator which through a strong suction is able to separate the leaves and twigs.
After that, the olives are weighed.
Lemon oil is peculiarity of our production. We don't use flavourings. We grind lemons directly with millstones and then we add the olives. So, the taste of lemon is really unique.
